How to Navigate Microsoft 365
- There are two ways to access all of the apps in Microsoft 365.
- Select the app navigation bar from the upper-left side of the screen (Figure 1).
- Then, click on “All apps” from the bottom of the list.

- Select “Explore all your apps” from below the apps themselves (Figure 2).

- Scroll down to access your Documents (Figure 3).

- To save a document for easy access, click on the pin next to the document name (Icon 1, Figure 4). Then, navigate the menu to see Recent Documents, Pinned Documents, Documents Shared with You, or Discover documents on your account (Icon 2, Figure 4).
