Step 1
Click on the link provided in the email.
Step 2
Enter your new password twice in the Set Password form.
Your password needs to be set with the following parameters: 12 characters long, contain upper case letters, lower case letters, digits, and a special character. Valid special characters include: ! @ # % & . , $ + / ( ) = * ; : _ -
Step 3
Click on SUBMIT.
Note: You will be prompted to enter it again after leaving this screen.
You will be redirected to the iDesign OneLogin Portal login screen. On this screen you will need to log in with your iDesign email as your username and the new password you set up for OneLogin. After completing this you will then be prompted to setup Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
