Before attempting the steps below, ensure that OneLogin Protect can access your camera. You can do this from the app by navigating to the hamburger menu, selecting Settings, and making sure the camera toggle is on. If the toggle is on and the QR code is not working or if you prefer to use a numeric code instead, follow the steps below.

Step 1

Using your desktop or laptop navigate to the login page: https://idesign.onelogin.com/ and sign in.

Step 2

Once you have logged into your OneLogin portal, access your profile settings.

Step 3

From your profile settings select Security Factors.

Step 4

Select Add Factor and choose OneLogin Protect from the list.

Step 5

Follow the instructions on the pop-up. If you have already downloaded the appropriate app, you can proceed to the second step in the pop-up instructions and click Activate.

Step 6

After selecting Activate, you will see the QR code populate. Select the Can't scan the code? link below.

Step 7

Use the numeric code provided to activate OneLogin Protect on your mobile device.
