Please try the following troubleshooting steps if you are not able to connect to Zoom on your Mac device.
Check your network connection
From your desktop or laptop device, navigate to zoom.us.
- If you are not able to establish the webpage in your browser, check your network connection.
Restart your device
If your Mac device appears to be connected to the network but you are not able to connect to the Zoom home page, try restarting your Mac device.
Reset Zoom
If the first two options have not worked, you can try to reinstall Zoom.
Uninstall Zoom First
DO NOT uninstall Zoom by moving the Zoom app to the trash.
- Navigate to Applications
- Right-click on zoom.us
- Select Show package contents
- Select Open Contents
- Select Open Frameworks
- Use the ZoomUninstaller file
Reinstall Zoom
- Navigate to https://zoom.us/download
- Select the blue download button under Zoom Client for Meetings
