TABLE OF CONTENTS

LingoApp Kits have been set up because we want iDesigners to have easy access to approved graphics for their projects instead of having to search through individual iGuides for the kit links. This article will go over Lingo Kit basics as well as how to request a kit you need.

What are kits?

Lingo kits house the partner's brand and any graphics that the creative team has developed. The Creative team adds files to the kits once they have been approved and finalized in a SmartSheet request. Using any graphics that have been added to Google Drive run the risk of being outdated or not within brand.

How should kits be used?

These kits are internal use only and should not be shared outside of iDesign or with our partners.  If you plan to share your screen to show assets to a team member or partner, please be sure to share the specific brand kit contents and not your Lingo home screen with all your kits listed.

What do I have access to?

You will have access to the internal iDesign brand kit, the iDesign stock image library* and the Creative Request Catalog.

Use of images from the stock image library are limited to internal use only. An image can be used in a partner project if it fits within the SOW, but you should not send a file directly to a partner to use. If you have any questions please contact @whitney hack williams in Slack.

How do I log in?

You can access Lingo using your iDesign email address.

  1. Start by navigating to the login page and selecting Log in with SSO.
  2. Enter iDesign into the "organization" field and select your iDesign email account.

How do request a partner kit I need?

You can request access to other brand kits in the Slack channel #brandkitaccess. Use the shortcut to list the specific partner projects you work on and we can add them to your profile.

If you do not see #brandkitaccess in your list of current channels, enter it in the Slack search bar. You can navigate to the channel and join.
