Why Smartsheets
Smartsheets is the project management software that iDesign utilizes, along with Tick, to ensure we stay on schedule (& on budget!).
It has a number of communication features built-in and plays an important role in communicating the status of your project, and also serves to communicate that status within iDesign and their partners.
Our VPs and LX Directors use a "Partner Dashboard" to present high level information for our Partners. The information added to the individual project sheets roll up into a larger sheet for reporting which then gets pulled into and visualized on the Partner Dashboard.
