Smartsheet allows you to attach and manage files directly in your sheet so you can access all of your work in one place. Files can be attached from your desktop file manager and from your Google Drive account. 



The Basics

Leveraging the attachments feature can help you improve communication across the team. This feature is especially useful with task hand-offs. For example, if you are preparing to send your course development to QR or LT for the next phase, you can attach the iGuide or iPlan directly on the row where they are assigned.


You can attach documents by selecting the paperclip on left of the row.





You can also attach documents to the sheet as a whole by selecting the paperclip on the far right of the sheet.
